Dating can contribute to heightened stress, anxiety, and self-esteem issues. Be mindful of social interactions and connections online.

If the pandemic has taught us anything, it’s the importance of social ties and human connections. Not only do they improve your emotional well-being, but they can bring physical benefits. Experiencing healthy, nurturing, positive relationships and interactions is healthy for overall mental health and well-being. Be mindful of heart, mind and emotional connections

Food & Wellness Equals Life:

Make a list of your favorite foods, actual foods that came from the ground or had a mother. After identifying what real foods, you enjoy eating, be sure to eat that as your fruit/vegetable/meat/grain/nut/seed every day. This will ensure that the body is getting tasty food that it craves. Limit processed foods as much as possible. Eat six to nine servings, or more, of fruit and vegetables each day. Try to eat seasonally and locally for optimum freshness and lower cost. Be mindful of what you are putting in your body. 

Health Brands:

Do your research and homework when choosing and purchasing for yourself, family and friends. There are so many great healthy alternative brands out there that will overall add and increase your mental health and well being. Be mindful of what you are putting in, on and around you. 

Fitness:

Use physical activity to feel good, not to lose weight. Physical exercise can play an important role in mental well-being and can even relieve symptoms of mental health conditions like depression and anxiety. Studies suggest that physical exercise may help ward off mental health problems before they start. Be mindful of how you’re moving and navigating your body.

Local Events & Activities:

Community interactions and activities can boost mood, moral and mental health. Take time to look for local events and activities within your area to participate within to include walking groups and clubs, local recreation centers, local farmers markets, churches and parks. Be mindful of activities, situations and events that you place yourself around.
